Trial License

Apply for a Trial License

A trial license lets you use the same features as Pro free of charge for a limited period. Applying requires only an email address. No account or payment details are required.

Application

We will send the confirmation email and your license key to this address.

Steps

From application to first use

  1. 1 Apply

Enter your email address on this page and click "Apply".

  2. 2 Confirmation email

Open the link in the confirmation email. The link expires after 24 hours and can be used only once.

  3. 3 Issue the license key

On the linked page, click "Issue". Your license key is shown on the page and also sent to you by email. The trial period starts at this point.

  4. 4 Register the license key

In NyXGridEncode, open Help > License from the menu and register the license key.

Conditions

Trial license conditions

  • The trial license provides the same features as Pro. It can be registered on one PC, and additional agent licenses cannot be used with it. NyXGridEncode 1.1.0 or later is required.
  • The trial period starts when the license key is issued. The expiration date and time are shown on the issue page and in the issue notification email.
  • Each person may receive one trial license. Applications from email addresses that have already received a trial license are not accepted, and another trial license cannot be registered on a PC where a trial license has been registered before.
  • Residents of EU member states, EEA member states, and the United Kingdom are not eligible to apply.
  • After expiration, NyXGridEncode runs within the free limits, and settings and the queue are retained. Registering a purchased license key enables the features of that license. If NyXGridEncode runs as a Windows service in any mode other than Agent, the service stops after the running jobs finish.
  • There are no restrictions on the purpose of use, including business use. The rights to converted videos belong to the user.
  • Trial license applications may be suspended without notice.

The detailed conditions are set out in the Terms of Service.
