Steps from purchase to first use

Checkout
Selecting "Buy" takes you to the checkout page of Stripe, our payment processor. Enter your email address and payment details to complete the purchase.

Receiving the license key
The license key is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please enter an address where you can receive email. If it does not arrive, please contact us.

Download and installation
The same download is used for all editions. If Free is already installed, no reinstallation is required.

Registering the license key in the License window of NyXGridEncode enables the features of the purchased edition.

Sales regionsPaid licenses are available only to residents of the following countries and regions. On the checkout page, enter the country or region where you live as your billing address. Payments with any other billing country or region are not accepted.

Payment methodsIn addition to credit cards, any payment method shown at checkout can be used. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, so we never receive your card number or other payment details.
RefundsIf you contact us within 14 days, counting from the day after the purchase date, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason. A refunded license ceases to be valid. This does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. See the Terms of Service for the detailed conditions.
Card statement descriptorThe charge appears on your card statement under a name containing "INFOCLOSET". Because of how our payment processor handles charges, it may be preceded by "LINK.COM*".

FAQ
Questions about purchasing
Can I try the software before purchasing?
Yes. The Free edition can be used without registering a license key, and you can apply for a trial license to use Pro features free of charge for a limited period. See the edition comparison for the differences from the paid editions.
Can the license key email be resent if it does not arrive?
Yes. First, check whether the email has been filtered as spam. If you cannot find it, contact us using the details in the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. After verifying your identity, we will send the license key.
Can I purchase multiple license keys for the same edition?
Yes. One license key is issued per checkout. If you need several, complete one checkout for each key required.
How is an additional agent license applied?
On a PC where ProPlus is registered, register the license key sent by email after purchase in the License window of NyXGridEncode. It is added to the ProPlus license registered on that PC. Once registered, it appears in the License window with the type "Add-on", and its agents are added to the total. Add-on licenses are available for ProPlus only.
